Gals 6:9 Coaching - Terms of Service

Welcome to Gals 6:9 Coaching, a premium coaching practice for emerging women ready to strengthen identity, reframe limiting beliefs, and step into confident living.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gals 6:9 Coaching website, digital platforms, coaching services, programmes, digital products, community spaces and other services provided by Gals 6:9 Coaching (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services or purchasing any product or service from us. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Complaints and Concerns Procedure.
Where you enter into a separate written agreement for a particular coaching service, that agreement will also apply to your participation in that service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our Services, purchasing a product or service, submitting an application, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with Gals 6:9 Coaching in connection with our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them.
These include our Privacy Policy and Complaints and Concerns Procedure.
If you enter into a separate written agreement with Gals 6:9 Coaching, you also agree to the terms of that agreement.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organisation's behalf.
2. Individual Service Agreements
Certain Gals 6:9 Coaching services, including the Gals 6:9 Coaching Programme, Purpose Grant and Gals 6:9 Private Coaching Intensive, are subject to a separate written service agreement.
Where you enter into a separate agreement with Gals 6:9 Coaching, that agreement will set out the specific terms applicable to that service, including where relevant the Programme structure, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation rights, refunds, participation requirements, confidentiality, recordings, deferrals and termination.
These Terms of Service apply alongside any separate service agreement.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a separate written service agreement, the separate written service agreement will prevail in relation to the specific service covered by that agreement.
The Privacy Policy and Complaints and Concerns Procedure apply alongside these Terms and any separate service agreement.
3. Use of the Service
3.1 Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3.2 Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 User Content
You may be able to post, upload, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments (collectively "User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on any third-party rights.
3.4 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Service:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Using the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any user accounts.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Uploading or distributing viruses or other malicious code.
Collecting or harvesting any information from the Service, including user information, without prior consent.
3.5 Community and Conduct
Where our Services include access to community spaces, group discussions, messaging platforms or other participant forums, you agree to communicate respectfully and behave in a manner consistent with the values and standards of Gals 6:9 Coaching.
You must not:
harass, threaten, bully or intimidate another person;
discriminate against another person;
share another participant's personal information without permission;
disclose confidential information shared within a coaching or community environment;
engage in abusive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour;
use community spaces for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised commercial activity; or
otherwise behave in a way that may reasonably compromise the safety, dignity or experience of other participants.
Gals 6:9 Coaching may restrict, suspend or terminate access to a Service or community space where reasonably necessary because of serious misconduct, breach of these Terms, breach of a separate service agreement, or behaviour that may compromise the safety or wellbeing of others.
Any such action will be taken in accordance with the applicable service agreement and applicable law.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Fees
Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
4.2 Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, cancellation rights and refund arrangements may vary depending on the service purchased.
Where a service is subject to a separate agreement, the payment, cancellation and refund terms contained in that agreement will apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory cancellation rights, consumer rights or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
For digital products and services, any applicable cancellation, refund or withdrawal rights will be explained at the point of purchase and will be subject to applicable law. Where you purchase a service through a third-party payment or booking platform, that platform may also have its own terms and policies. Where applicable, those terms will apply to your use of the relevant platform, but they do not replace your contractual relationship with Gals 6:9 Coaching.

5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of Gals 6:9 Coaching or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information, the purposes for which we use it, the legal bases we rely on, relevant data-protection rights and how you can contact us about your personal information.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have been provided with our Privacy Policy.
7. Complaints and Concerns
If you have a complaint or concern about Gals 6:9 Coaching, including the quality or delivery of coaching, the conduct of a coach or team member, communication, programme administration, payments, community participation or any other aspect of your experience, you can contact us at gals69co@gmail.com
Complaints will be handled fairly, respectfully and in accordance with our Complaints and Concerns Procedure.
You do not need to resolve a concern informally before making a formal complaint.
Complaints relating specifically to the processing of personal information will be handled in accordance with our Complaints and Concerns Procedure and applicable data-protection law.
8. Service Standards and Coaching Disclaimer
Gals 6:9 Coaching will provide its Services with reasonable care and skill.
Coaching is intended to support personal, spiritual, professional and purpose-led development. However, coaching does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, spiritual or other outcome.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gals 6:9 Coaching does not provide medical, therapeutic, counselling, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Our Services are not intended to replace appropriate qualified professional support or emergency services.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and implementation of any ideas, guidance or resources provided through our Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights or remedies that apply to consumers.
Subject to the above, Gals 6:9 Coaching will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Where a separate written service agreement applies, any limitation of liability contained in that agreement will also apply.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, applicable law or regulatory requirements.
The updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where appropriate.
Changes will not affect the terms of a separate written service agreement already entered into, unless the relevant agreement expressly permits such changes or the change is required by law.
Your continued use of our Services after updated Terms have been published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where applicable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales
