Group Weekly Live Coaching Sessions (90 mins): Join Lead Coach Ife every week for 8 weeks of interactive discussions and practical teachings. These sessions are designed to empower you in your journey of purpose and spiritual growth. Replays will be available for those who can’t attend live.
Reflective Exercises: Thought-provoking activities to help you process and apply what you’re learning in your Gals 6:9 journey.
Curated Resources: Access powerful resources and study materials to strengthen your personal development.
Exclusive Coaching Frameworks: Access exclusive coaching frameworks developed by our Lead Coach, Ife, that will transform your thinking and put language to your thoughts and behaviours.
Bonus Guest Coach Sessions: Enjoy bonus coaching from trusted guest coaches to deepen your understanding of the core topics.
Accountability Partners: Be paired with a fellow sister on the programme for encouragement, check-ins, and accountability as you pursue your God-given purpose.
Community of Like-Minded Women: Connect with a supportive sisterhood of women on the same journey of growth and transformation in our private community.
(Optional Add-On) 1:1 Coaching with Ife: Elevate your Gals 6:9 journey with a personalised, 1:1 coaching session with Lead Coach Ife, scheduled to align with your programme timeline. This add-on offers tailored guidance, strategic support and dedicated accountability to help you implement what you’re learning, gain deeper clarity, and accelerate your transformation. If you would like to include this optional coaching session, please indicate this in your application form. This session will incur an additional fee.
The cohort begins on Monday 6th July 2026 and finishes on Monday 24th August 2026. This programme is for women aged 20-33, and ready to invest in their personal development and spiritual growth.

When does Cohort 5 start?
Cohort 5 officially begins on Monday 6th July 2026 and finishes on Monday 24th August 2026.

How many women are in each cohort?
Each cohort typically consists of 6-10 women for intentional relationship building.
How much does it cost?
The investment is £500 upfront for the full programme or two instalments of £250 or £170/month. This covers all sessions, resources and community access.
Do I have to be based in the UK to join?
Not at all! The programme is open to women globally, as sessions take place online. We’ve had participants from the United States and Africa.
What if I can’t make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded for replay access. You'll still be able to follow along and participate in weekly check-ins.
What is the programme's cancellation/refund policy?
Due to the nature of the Programme and the preparation involved, fees are generally non-refundable. However, this does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances. Where applicable, refunds may be full or partial depending on how much of the Programme has been delivered at the time of the request, including:
where the Programme has not yet started
where the Organisation is unable to deliver the Programme as described
where required under applicable law.
If you choose to withdraw after the Programme has begun or do not fully participate, you will not usually be entitled to a refund.
How much time should I commit each week?
We recommend setting aside 4 hours per week. This includes live sessions, personal reflection, WhatsApp discussions, and any optional extras like bonus challenges.
Can I get 1:1 coaching?
Yes, you can elevate your Gals 6:9 journey with a one-off 1:1 coaching session with Lead Coach Ife. It is scheduled to align with your programme timeline. This add-on offers tailored guidance, strategic support, and dedicated accountability to help you implement what you’re learning, gain deeper clarity, and accelerate your transformation.
